PartnerRe Ltd. Declares Dividends on Preferred Shares

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, February 2, 2021 – PartnerRe Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the period December 1, 2020 – February 28, 2021 of $0.40625 per share on the Company’s 6.50% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, $0.453125 per share on the Company’s 7.25% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, and $0.3671875 per share on the Company’s 5.875% Series I Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. The dividends are payable on March 1, 2021 to shareholders of record on February 18, 2021.
